Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Uitzondering Herroepingsrecht):
Custom-made print editions of the ElMouss Concept photos specifically produced according to the your preferences fall outside the right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht). Since these photos are made according to your speficied dimensions, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there are material defects or damages. 

Material Defects and Damages:
In the event that you receive a product with material defects or it is damaged during transport, please contact us immediatelly at info@elmouss.com and provide photos of the damaged item. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
